Ordered ubereats, prices inflated mind you. Missing food items!!!! So angry and annoyed. How do you miss food items!!!
I was missing sauce from my tacos, theres 3 ingredients inside… lettuce, cheese and sauce??? I don’t even blame the workers at this point because whoever hired them needs to be fired for hiring people who can’t even count 3 ingredients. It starts from management, you hire what you get which means whoever managing this joint has no quality, delagation skills, management skils and basic OHS. It wasnt even an add on or anything.
Absolutely disgusting. Wasted my money and time. What is wrong with the training here. Who is running this joint. What is wrong with the quality. Money is hard to find these days too. And when i opened my food. Half of it looked eaten… that is how much they are skimping. And half of it was missing. Clearly a bad gyg. I should of went to moorabbin. The only apology is all my money back but that is not happening hey. Not going back here ever again. Do yourself a favour and leave a review if you have a bad experience. Aint nobody want to waste money in this economy.
I guess i’m stupid for not checking the ratings first. MY BAD. if you want to pay and get missing items sure. Just wasting your time and money when you are hungry.. On top of that I’m just pissed that I didn’t get what I paid for. The rice was hard so I’m assuming its not cooked properly or even days old which you could get really sick over. And the other items that were missing, idk clearly workers would know as they see it first hand but i doubt they care.
If you really want to make up the 1 star reviews dont give a superficial answer to people and actually take accountability. Sorry there was no zero star review that was not an option to post. Read moreThis was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at 5:45 pm and it took 15 minutes just to place our order in the drive-thru. From there, it was another 30 minutes crawling toward the window. When we finally reached it, no one was there to take our payment. Three staff members were standing around inside, laughing and chatting, but completely ignoring customers.
When someone eventually opened the window, they were rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested. They didn’t know what we’d ordered, and when we explained, they shut the window again to “figure it out.” After another long wait, they came back only to stuff up our order. When I politely asked what was going on and why the delay, they simply closed the window in my face.
By the time we drove off, an hour later, our food was stone-cold. The sticker on the bag showed it had been sitting for over 30 minutes before we even received it.
There is absolutely no sensible reason for this level of incompetence. The store was fully staffed, yet no one seemed capable of basic communication or problem-solving. The entire team appeared vacant and disengaged, typical Gen Z employees who can’t work, can’t communicate, and can’t problem-solve.

Read moreI’ve been here numerous times since it’s opened and the quality has gone down hill dramatically. The workers have the poorest attitude as if they’re being held against their will. Not a simple smile or even a how are you? The girls spend more time talking with one another and trying to avoid eye contact with you instead of actually serving you. The girl in drive through didn’t even confirm my order again or even at the window when I went to pay. She spent a good 30 seconds avoiding opening the window whilst clearly making eye contact with me multiple times and continued chatting with her coworkers and then also did not hand me an order number until I asked for it. And yes the drive through was busy so I wasn’t the only customer and i’d normally be given my order number regardless. Portion sizes have also decreased overtime. I used to be really pleased with the meat servings but now I’m ordering extra because they barely give enough.
