I ordered food online through the app and used the wrong location accidentally and paid, the location I used was from a previous order nearly 2 hours away. I went into my local Hungry Jacks (Melton) and told them about how I had an online ordering, first off the manager on duty didnât even care to serve us and was ignoring us standing there, even though we understand. And when she served us she told us that âThereâs nothing we can do and itâs a different store so contact them directlyâ so we contacted the other store and they said that your local store should be helping you with this and shouldâve not contacted us and solved them there. So we came back again and told her what she said and she said we donât have a policy if we donât get your order we canât serve you, so youâll have to wait. Then we asked her from the app that how can cancel our order and she said that she didnât know and to contact customer service. So we ordered again and we end up spent another $45 and they took a while to make it even though it wasnât busy it was quiet so we spent around 40 mins altogher and once we received the order the lettuce was very old and had a bad taste to it.
Donât get me wrong we love having hungry jacks this is our first bad experience but I believe the hungry jacks app needs more attention to it and needs to have more help options to change location or cancel...
Read morerip to this young working generation. the poor workers have not been taught customer service, or even people or social skills. clearly have been raised isolated from the big scary world. apparently you have to start the conversation to order and not the usual standard of them asking what you would like first. When you order there are no hiâs, only monotone voices, âyepâ as the answer 90% of the time. No sorryâs or pleases when asked to go to the waiting bay only to have the food given with no conversation or a word at all⌠telling them thanks with no reply and for them to just turn away and walk off. icing on the cake? food was cold⌠waited 5-10 minutes for what lmao, because the packers are that slow? probably. food was stale. all explains why there was no one in line during dinner time. always worried about robots taking over many jobs. they may as-well take over this hungry jacks as you would get more friendliness and conversation out of a darn...
Read moreI went to the Hungry Jacks in Melton West. The worst customer experience Iâve ever had. I waited 25 minutes for my food. There were people who came after me and got their food before me. The girl over the counter didnât even apologise after I told her how long I waited. Whatâs worse is they werenât even busy. All I ordered was 2 cheese burgers and 2 chips. My order should have never taken that long! There were other people who I saw were also getting upset how long their food was taking. Honestly the worst customer experience. What they could of done when I told them how long I waited was to offer something extra for free. They didnât even do that. Just horrible customer service. Whatâs also bad is itâs the only Hungry Jacks in Melton. Youâve just lost a customer because of how bad your service was so Iâll definitely not be going there again. If anyone goes to get takeaways there good luck. Hungry Jacks Melton...
