Went to this store on sat morning wait at least 30 mins for my order along with other people who had placed orders long before myself via the drive thru. The so called manager at the time was the rudest and most unprofessional manager Iāve ever come across. Instead of helping her staff she was down the back of the kitchen moving bread crates, the young guy that was suppose to be making the orders was doing bread crates aswell which delayed the whole process. The young girl at the front taking orders as well as the order via drive thru was run of her feet, between making coffees, orders and taking the meals out she was given no help at all. Her so called manager then tried to embarrass the young girl by loudly saying you need to ask for help sooner trying to take the focus of herself by her poor management skills. I then said to this manager that itās not the young girls fault but itās your fault because customers should come first before bread crates and that people were coming into the store for their orders that they ordered 30 mins ago. The managers reaction was to slam down my order and squash it with her hand when I asked for a refund on my meal I was rudely refused and told by her that I would not be given a refund. This manger is a rude, arrogant and very unprofessional person who should not be in charge of running a store. She has no customer service skills and clearly no knowledge of food safety standards or hygiene as my meal was cold by the time I got plus it was squashed by her slamming it into the counter in a display of violent behaviour. I was not the only customer in the store at that time of the morning that was very frustrated by the lack of service and the time it took to receive our meals...

The most unwelcoming hello, didn't confirm or check my order properly and when I got to the window a few things was done by the same person who took my order. When I told her I didn't advise of my drink order she responded with a "I already have one here". Followed up with a "what do you want?" after I told her what I actually wanted and she didn't respond in a nice way. By the way, I asked for a raspberry Fanta, not an orange Fanta which she gave, so the drinks order was also wrong. She also cared more about me paying over ensuring my order was correct or that the correct price was charged. Small rebel whopper meal is $9.80 not $11.60 which was charged (found out now after checking how much I was actually charged, an extra $1.80). No follow up or usual speal after the food was given.
This is ridiculous service that I received. I'm not even going to bother going back to have things corrected or refunded. Out of respect as it's not about shaming the individual (I won't include her name) but more feedback to improve the level of service. Food industry doesn't have a good rep in regards to pay, you get treated badly but that isn't a reason to give bad service in return. Having a bad day personally is not either. Bad days happen and if you can't perform your duties then don't go to work that day. Hungry Jack's, this service is a representation of your company. You are my local HJ but I'll go further away due to pure principals over going to this location (which has always been good service years ago but I don't go there often anymore). We live really close, so we always get Hungry Jack's at least once a week. They get the order wrong more often than not, as in, almost always. Today was the last straw after they forgot to give us an entire drink. Again.
I've found tiny stones in my wrap, they've forgotten to give us hash browns, they've given us wrong sized fries, they've missed out on ingredients in burgers, they've forgotten entire drinks. The service here is abysmal.
My best friend used to work here, along with two of my other friends, and they all constantly complain that the management is as good as non-existent, to the point where they can't even organise the roster. Apparently, only one manager was nice enough to give my best friend training.
We went to Hungry Jack's once at around 9:30, and it clearly said that it closes at ten, but they were already washing up and not taking orders? Even worse, they completely ignored the four cars in the drive through, so we stayed there for ten or so minutes hoping they'd grow some eyes. Apparently, they had eyes, just no manners or work ethic. I'm not saying everyone here is awful, but you'd certainly be hard pressed trying to find one that's not.
I can't tell you how baffled I am and how disgusting the Hungry Jack's here is. They simply don't want customers, or at least not happy ones.
This Hungry Jack's is worth as much as the rock I found in my BBQ brekky wrap. Save yourself the sanity and just go...
