If you’re craving the greasiest, most disappointing Chinese food, this is the place for you. When you think of bad Westernized Chinese food, this is exactly it. And in a city like Melbourne, which is packed with incredible, authentic Asian restaurants, there’s just no excuse for food this bad. The dumplings? Over-fried, drowning in grease, and almost inedible. The spring rolls were okay, but nothing to write home about. But the worst part wasn’t even the food—it was the service. We told them we were in a rush for a concert and specifically asked what would come out the fastest. They gave us recommendations, we ordered, and then… nothing. We waited and waited. Finally, we asked what was going on, and guess what? Our food had been sitting there the whole time, and no one bothered to tell us. Between the terrible food and the careless service, I honestly can’t think of a reason to go back. In a city with so many great dining options, don’t waste your time here.

Dangerously undercooked XiaoLongbao, spring rolls taste like they have been frozen for 6 months, fried rice has no flavor. Unfortunately it was my partner who spotted it and i had already eaten two of mine so it looks like i’m be in for a long night. We used to order from this place years ago and it was the best around by far, disappointing how far the standard of quality has fallen. Won’t be ordering again and highly recommend no one else does too despite the convenience of it being local

mapo tofu is not good at all. not even a hint of spicy and can't see any chillis in it at all. also it is quite greasy and there is barely any pork. staff at the counter was friendly though, and dumplings ok i think. pretty expensive for food of this quality. so disappointing.

We ordered from the brunswick location. We paid around $40 with delivery. Rhe food me recieved although cheap was extreamly a rip off. As the vegetarian fried rice was average and full of the frozen veg mix, with little taste. The vegitarian fried noodles was actully worse. The menu says tofu, ginger, fresh vegetables. When recieved it was just dry noodles covered in black sauce (yet dry) and had only 5 peices of vegitable in it....it was uneatable. Myself and my boyfriend couldn't eat much of dinner. The vegitarian dunplings were the only redeemable aspect....i just feel like when it's take away people get lazy and customers get no...

I’ve been here 3 times since lockdown started and have been impressed each time. Today I ordered green beans with and minced pork on rice which is one of my all time favourite meals. Tbh, for the small price i paid I expected to be underwhelmed...but it was pretty damn good. ;) Ordered online which was easy. Great service - I arrived about 10 min early than the quoted time, paid and went outside to wait. Someone bought the meal out to me within just a couple of minutes.

Thanks- can’t wait to try...
