Menulog has got a serious problem with its delivery staff, and so have restaurants that use Menulog for the delivery instead of their own staff. There is a tendency that the food is just dumped on the ground. Not even a knock on the door to let customers know that the food has arrived or to make sure that's the right address and delivery. I found the delivered food rather accidentally. - The pizza was ok. But the quality of the pasta from this restaurant has deteriorated. A large chunk of salmon is dumped on top of the noodles, kind of giving the message "Cut it yourself". Overall, little love or passion for the service job...

Collectted one big burger and a carbonara for dinner. Was way enough of two of my kids and for me. Big burger is the best I have had in a very long time and was surprised to see the size of beef patties. well balanced with juicy veggies and cheese. Pickle makes the mix perfect. Carbonara was good enough for my both kids and they said they will eat it everynight if we can make it that tasty at home. Thats great testimony for how well this restaurant is maintaining their authenticity. Definitely a place to try rest of the menu items soon....

Ordered via their deliveroo portal. After waiting 75 minutes I contacted deliveroo who contacted the restaurant and was told they are too busy to complete my order and they cancelled it. I get its busy and valentines day but how hard is it to pick up the phone and call me instead of making me wait now 90 minutes just to hear its not happening. Maybe the restaurant should reconsider the use of these platforms if they cannot offer the service. Incredibly unprofessional and definitely feeling...
