We regularly order from Jessie’s pizza and most of the time enjoy it usually the garlic bread is burnt but it’s fine however someone in our household has an allergy and we have in the past asked to remove that ingredient from our pizza in the past we have found small piece of it still on the pizza but had not resulted in a bad reaction. However on this occasion I ordered through menu log and when you place the order the app says call the restaurant and tell them about allergies. We called and let them know, the delivery arrived on time and warm, unfortunately the pizza had the allergen on it. I called and was told I had to order a can of coke through Uber pay for it and all the associated fees to get our pizza quickly or wait for the replacement pizza to arrive. It’s been now over an hour and we still haven’t got the replacement pizza. I have called 3 times now and the phone is off the hook I understand that you are busy but doesn’t help how I feel about all this. Very disappointed as normally you guys are really good. Just thought you would prioritise fixing a mistake if you had this would of been a different review that’s for sure. Really poor...

I very rarely give a bad review as I am a business owner myself, and I understand things do not always go to plan, and on the rare occasion, it results in an unhappy customer.

But, I could not tell you how discusted I am at the quality of the food we received! What was prepared for us was absolutely inedible! The 'spaghetti bolagnase' if you can even call it that was watery and had been freshly defrosted. AND THE STENCH! I literally thought I was smelling our kitchen bin before making the discovery! My wife said is smelt exactly like off meat!

The chips were either brittle and broke apart like batter smashed with a hammer or required two strong men to pull them apart and smelt of week old chip fryer oil. Some chips even looked as if they had been in the fryer for a week.

I could continue telling you the intricate detail of their other failings to deliver even a semi edible meal, but I will spare you.

What I will say is, this meal, if we ate it, would have made us sick. I couldn't feed...

2 whole hours for 1 pizza from a store a mere 15 minutes away is outrageous, even on a busy night an hour would be the most I'd anticipate to wait for my food to be delivered. The customer service was also an added displeasure when calling for an updated ETA on our dinner the staff were unapologetic and unwilling to listen to the customers which was clearly displayed when I was hung up on not once but twice mid sentence. When the food did finally arrive, the quality, appearance and taste were dismal. I also expect when paying extra for added amounts of toppings and sauces to genuily see the difference my money has acquired. Never will I be a customer of Jesse's pizza hoppers crossing again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I'm a big supporter in independent local businesses but honestly I would have rathered gone and wasted my money on some overly processed, unnatural, preserveitive...

Lived near Jessies Pizza for years and it’s always been up and down, depending on who manages it at the time. Lately, here in late 2023 we’ve been enjoying the pizza again! We decided to take a chance a couple of weeks back after years of avoiding the place, and we were glad we did. The family loved the Meatlovers pizza. We ordered again today and the pizza was tasty - good balance of toppings and the base was nice and doughy. Only giving 4 stars though as the online ordering platform they use when you click on “website” on Google (redirects to OzFoodHunter) is absolutely terrible. They messed up our order with a technical glitch and wouldn’t fix or refund. I would give 5 once they get rid of OzFoodHunter and use a trusted ordering platform as default like Menulog.

We really liked jessies at first and were slowly becoming regulars but after tonight I won't ever be going back my child was eating his pizza when he noticed mold we turned all the pizza over and there were little mold bits on all of it I'm extremely disgusted honestly. Reply: I'm sorry but that was mold when pulled apart it was up through the pizza not just the bottom of the base as well as it wasn't just a dark spot it was blue green (mold) and both pizzas we ordered had it. Instead of brushing it off as nothing you should take responsibility for not making sure your serving fresh food
