Right folks, are you in Sunshine West and wondering where to go to get a coffee, toasted sandwich, or perhaps something that you might expect to find at a small convenience store. Joe's Milkbar has totally got you covered. Family owned and run, so you just know the service is second to none. I've moved suburbs and yet still stop in when I'm in the area, as they have always been accommodating, friendly and up for a chat.

Jo must be doing something right though, as he always seems to have people outside.
Very confused...

I go in there, get greeted with a warm welcome & say “The usual thanks” I have a little joke and banter with ‘ the locals’ and always leave with a huge smile on my face. It’s a real community, something that’s really precious these days and you can tell as soon as you walk...
