After going to this place for approximately 10 years, quite obvious it’s changed hands. Not even half full Saturday night, service appalling. Took forever to take our order, left dirty plates on the table at least an hour after finishing. Over 35 minutes for 1 coffee, staff sitting on their phones or sitting down talking. More concerned with Uber eats orders. Very disappointed to see wet rice left on the floor not only dangerous but not appealing. Was told it would be cleaned up the next day. No care factor at all. Attention to detail is important, we have ordered Thai here for a couple of years, we have had a mix up with orders before and we’re understanding as one off things happen.
