The lady on the counter was really rude. There was confusion with an order collected at the front which resulted in the woman on the counter being rude and rolling her eyes at a disabled and non verbal person. They showed no empathy or sensitivity to the fact that the customer needed support, instead got mad at me for trying to help and were annoyed at this particular customer for becoming confused. He in fact did have the correct order, even though they made it seem like there was an issue. I had to step in and ensure that this man received the correct order and was not mistreated. Please train your workers to actually smile and act like a human when they are serving customers :) I was in tears after talking to them and confronting them about their treatment towards this particular person. They bluntly had commented 'well why did he give back his order then' to which I replied 'because he has a disability, so probably have a little bit more sensitivity about the situation net time.' Their whole manner was awful, they were so slow and stood around doing not much while a crowd grew. This was Saturday...

He ensures the staff are well trained and cook the chicken correctly, unlike other stores in the area which have young adults as managers and to rush things they undercook the chickens which is a health risk. This store does its best in every area and I consider it the benchmark. Staff shortages at times might make waits a little long, but the quality and service make up for any shortfalls...
