Sharetea Chirnside Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am a Sharetea loyalist.. I won't go anywhere else for my bubble tea. I've tried almost every location across Melbourne and this is by far THE WORST Sharetea out there! I ordered a Tiger Matcha today, and my drink tasted like milk. Absolutely flavourless. I paid $9 for a cup of milk. The server also got my sister's order completely wrong... This hasn't been a one-off experience either. I have been to this store about 4-5 times due to it being close to home, so wanting to give it the benefit of the doubt. However every time I've either had barely any pearls in my drink, or it was absolutely flavourless altogether. Pair this with a much longer wait time than any other Sharetea store I've been to.

TLDR: Honestly don't even waste your time. Travel the extra 5-10 minutes to either Croydon shopping centre or Eastland. Will not be buying...

I was at chirnside Park today around lunch time.. I wanted a buble tea so I ordered one, I got my tea, I know it was MY tea because they called out MY number I got it it said on the writing the things I got in it and it was correct! so I drank some.. and.... OMG It was AWFUL I expected way better!!! because all of my friends love boba/buble tea. Worst customer service ever …. Not sure if the owner has changed. This place used to be lovely. Remembers my orders and all. But the new guy there who seems to be in charge now was so rude. I was asking if they charge extra for hot drink for these drinks on their menu was already marked as a hot drink ! And he was just like yes that’s all extra cz the cup and size are different for a hot drink, and buy it or not I don’t care. It just left a really bad taste for cup of tea.
