Worst service in Australia. Never go at lunchtime. They lose your order, forget your order, partly put together your order, then forget about you or the order. Nobody is tracking the order. All the staff are trying to do to many things at once, and nothing is done properly. They need one staff member whose job it is to follow every order from start to finish. Not everybody running around lost and confused. Customers after you will be served first while they try and work out why everything is messed up. Eaten there many times hoping for the place to be run properly, but it's a shambles. They need more staff and staff that follow every order logically and to its prompt conclusion. Customer service I am finding is becoming so much better and you will not find a friendlier place than here. Called in for a drink and morning tea walked out with a huge smile on my face and having had a lovely conversation with Tiffany. Food was fresh and tasty and staff were great. Will be back for morning tea again. Thank you
