Unfortunately, not very good this time. I have been there before and was satisfied, but what happened today was disappointing. I ordered soup of the day and half way through I bit on a hard piece of sth., according to the employee there, it was some kind of hard bacon, it was also mentioned that it was a piece of bone. Anyway, I almost damaged my tooth when having the soup and chewing on the bread that came with it and this hard piece, whatever it was, scratched along my tooth and cut my gums. After telling them they first did not wanna do anything, and I had to request some kind of understanding, and if you are a food business, then I would not even have to ask for a refund. I had less severe things happening in terms of unpleasant things in foods, but then the manager was decent enough to apologise and compensate for the unpleasant service that I received. To cut a long story short. I could get 20% discount on a 11$ soup for cutting my gums and almost damaging one of my teeth. I said, I won't pay and they replied then they will report me to the police. I then paid and left, posting this feedback now. Simple. Be aware!!! As if 11$ wld be a big deal. They complaint that I ate all the soup. Well, there was nothing really wrong with the soup but cutting my gums and almost damaging the tooth doesn't have anything to do with the soup, it was that I have been hurt with an unusual object and that should have been take care...

Another new Cafe to try and bit disappointed in this one. The avocado smash didn't automatically came with eggs this time but ... bacon. What! So asked if I could have and swap bacon for spinach and they couldn't do this. So had to order toast with a side of avocado and actually got side of houlami. Anyway very insipid looking and tasted just OK. While my friend had side of avocado, side of mushroom and one piece of toast. Also bizarrely on menu says if you just order sides then you have to pay $2 extra for a .. plate. Yes you could order, tomato, mushrooms, spinach, houlami, avocado, hash brown and whatever else and pay an extra $2 to plate it! I have never ever seen this before and I have been to many many cafes. Bizarre and don't understand it. We also had coffees (soy lattes and lattes). Place has lots of seating inside and out but, internally even though they have made place look nice with wooden chairs and tables and greenery, it was quite cold and the tile floor was very slippery. I don't think I would go back. Also felt like toastie but not on menu whereas when went to pay had a whole list of toasties they make on counter. Perhaps they could put these on menu? Also bizarrely they close at 3, yet literally about 30 metres away is a High School, wouldn't you stay open to get the after school kids with their toasties, smoothies, milkshakes and whatever else high schoolers eat and...

Korner & Co. Cafe – Comfort Food Done Right

Korner & Co. Cafe is one of those rare finds that instantly feels like a second home. Whether you’re grabbing a morning coffee or settling in for a satisfying lunch, this place delivers on every front: ambiance, service, and most importantly, food.

Two standout dishes that deserve special mention are their chicken parmigiana and the steak sandwich. Both are absolute game-changers.

The chicken parmigiana is everything you want it to be. A generous, juicy chicken schnitzel perfectly crumbed, topped with rich Napoli sauce, melted cheese, and served with a fresh side salad and crispy chips. It’s classic, hearty, and seriously satisfying. Comfort food at its best.

The steak sandwich is equally impressive. Tender, perfectly cooked steak on toasted bread with caramelised onions, toasted cheese, lettuce, and a tangy sauce that brings it all together. It’s packed with flavor and portioned just right. Filling without being overwhelming.

Add to that their consistently excellent coffee, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff, and you’ve got a local cafe that punches well above its weight. Whether you’re a regular or just discovering it for the first time, Korner & Co. Cafe is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Highly recommended, especially if you’re in the mood for a proper meal...

Excellent food. Excellent vibes with other patrons on the Good Friday morning however, poor attitude from the waitress. She dropped the cutlery on the table hastily before rushing off to clear the table behind us, while there were 4 people just seated and having a chat. Not sure what the rush was for, when it wasn’t necessary. On the other hand, the gentleman at the counter making the coffee was warm and friendly. Always had a smile on his face: It’s a pity one other staff can turn a 5 star cafe into 3.
