Not even worth the one star. Spent $71 at this restaurant and to say I am unsatisfied is an understatement. It took an hour and a half for my food to arrive only for it to go into the bin. I ordered two bentos and the teriyaki chicken was inedible, was way overcooked, dry yet chewy and extremely unappealing served with raw cabbage. The steamed gyoza was under-steamed, hard and cold. The Okonomiyaki was so sea-weedy it tasted like i was eating it fresh from the shore at the beach. I contacted the restaurant to express my displeasure with the horrendous meal they had served me as my daughter and i were now left dinner-less and short $70, they were rude and told me to contact Uber and that it was not their fault. really bad and rude customer service from an old man who was dressing as a chef today. with the covid19 situation going on, the price has gone up which I totally understand. What is extremely disappointing is that I am a regular customer of this restaurant who I am big fan of spicy so that they used to offer me a little bit spicy sauce by the side of sushi roll. today I went to order a spicy chicken bento (18dollars) and a crispy chicken roll (3.7dollars) However they was going to charge me 24.7 dollars. and I explained to them that they were charging me too much cuz 18+3.7=21.7 dollars. Go ahead and order the Tempura Udon and you will thank yourself for that when you unknowingly devour this amazingly simple yet flavourful bowl of soup that warms your soul.
