Lakeside Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

I just ordered from here about 30 mins ago. I ordered a simple 1/4 chicken & chips w/ a side of gravy *Breast Piece

it arrived, Chips were soggy, and with a leg 1/4 instead. when I called to let them know, the woman straight away tried to say that we ordered wrong. - which we didn't- and then said they would bring another 1/4 over.

They brought over a 1/4 BY ITSELF in a box. thats it. By which time the rest of the food I had was stone cold and uneatable.

We ladies at crystal lodge used to order here quite a lot. Tonight we threw out all their menus, and we will not be ordering...

Ok, perhaps i had hit a bad day but, unfortunately, it was the worst spaghetti carbonara i have ever (not) eaten. 1- Pasta was over cooked (minor). 2- way too much mushroom, in fact what is it doing in carbonara.(Better without) 3-I dispute that this was homemade fresh carbonara sauce, I doubt there were any eggs it. I would best describe it as watery packet mushroom soup with cream. (Bad !!!). 4 -where was the cheese, anyone?? (Last opportunity for redemption gone). Looks like i should have had pizza. ...

The buisness is owned and run by one of the nicest families ul ever meet,very professional,very clean and their food is some of the best take away iv eaten, their pizza is by far my favourite pizza to in Melbourne they deserve 10stars everyone that I have taken to eat always go back,I can't fault this shop across the board there efforts in my eyes are without a doubt 11out of10,. I love it,love it,love it and recommend that all Melbourne go there to eat i guarantee u won't b disappointed that...
