I went to your shop form lunch today, I was there at 1230 pm and ordered grilled chicken , mashed potatoes and Israeli salad . I was told by the woman with green hair that grilled chicken is already done. I paid 27$ using my card and she asked me to wait. While I was waiting she prepared many orders even though there was no one inside the restaurant but me. I waited till 1255pm and my meal still was not ready . Because my lunch time was coming to the end I decided to cancel the order and go back to work. So I asked for the refund and the woman with green hair said she can not process the refund even though she processed the payment with no problems. I asked for my card and re-wrote all my visa card information including the number on the back of the card and said the owner will refund me . I asked when would that be done? She said she doesn't know, whenever the owner will pop into the shop. Outrageous!!!!!! At this point after wasting half an hour in the shop I demanded from her to give me back all my Visa card info that she obtained without asking my permission and said I want to go. She offered me then a cash refund which I accepted. So after over half an hour I left without eating any lunch, with worries in my mind how easily she obtained my Visa card details, wasted all my lunch and left hungry , angry and disappointed. I used to go to that shop a lot but after today never again. I received the most rude , arrogant and ignorant service ever. I will not ever go to this restaurant again. I cant believe that staff is not trained to process the simple refund. I cant believe she wasted half an hour of my lunch brake and I had to go back to work hungry. If there was a possibility of marking your service zero I would gladly do that . Please re-train your staff, teach them proper customer service and only employ friendly and well...

Interesting negative experience there tonight. I ordered directly off their website to save them the 35% ubereats fee. I saw in their website a lamb combo for $59. I went to pick it up and it was handed to me 5 minutes later. Charged me $81 which I noted was wrong and raised it with them. They apologised, They had given me the wrong order by mistake and refunded me $12. Ok, mistakes happen. I waited for my order. But I also said no, the refund should be $22. I was then told the order was for $69. I said no, it’s $59 as per your website (i took a screen clip just in case). I was then told i was looking at the dining-in menu not the take away menu and was then shown the take away menu on their website. Literally, they pulled Up their website on their mobile phone to show me I was wrong. So I waited another 15 minutes while they made my correct order. I felt on principle they shouldn’t argue over $10. They had 2 different prices for the same thing.... they admitted that, and strangely dining in was more expensive than take away. So I ended up paying $10 more than i expected to and boy oh boy were they stubborn about that $10. I told them thats not the right hospitality approach especially in these times and I will be giving a negative review. They didn't appear to care. Pity. $10. Not much. But they managed to really upset a customer. $10. Not much considering I didnt use uber eats. All this could easily have been avoided by just saying “oh dear, you are correct customer, its confusing, here is your $10”. Food was worth $59 or $69. Cannot complain about quality of the food, but customer service.... well thats...

I ordered uber eats at 430pm to be delivered 6-630pm, excellent on time nice driver, but I paid $17 for Get Saucy Chicken Schnitzel crumbed, not over cooked or chewy, with mushroom sauce and chips. it arrived burnt horrible, rubbery without the sauce and chips. see first pic.

I will never ever order from this horrible place again, getting an overcooked chick snitz for $17, on its own. where was the promised mushroom sauce and extras?

2nd pic is Chicken Schnitzel with bolognaise Parma Topping $16, when You see what I got, you will never want to order from here, I got spring onions and some cheese. the bolognaise sauce was just a pipe dream, as it wasn't on my food.

I also paid for loaded chips with mushroom sauce $10, the only thing that was edible. Over all, very disappointing and over priced, considering wholesale food costs are cheaper now during covid, this isn't the time to be scamming the local customers, their bread and butter when no tourists are around.

Pretty pathetic for $48 order, See the pic of the over cooked crumbed inedible schnitzel that arrived for $17, minus the chips and sauce it was supposed to be slathered on top off.

The driver arrived ON TIME as scheduled, READ the above, from the beginning, absorb it. Don't blame delivery driver, when u gave me poor quality, overpriced food with fake menu shots. My real pics of what I...
