Do not bother trying this place! We heard that a new Lebanese restaurant opened near by , thought we could try it as it reminds us of home. 1-We went there, the place was busy and looks alright. I went inside to order, all the staff saw me waiting to order and there is like 10 people behind me in the queue. They kept ignoring me and the queue for 10 min, guess why?! Because the boy and I think he is one of the owners was sooo busy welcoming his friends and chatting with them ! 2- Half of the order arrived to the table, the zaatar and vegetables pizza was raw and not cooked. We told one of the staff members, she said we cant cook it again because their is vegetables on the top, we asked her either remove the vegetables or make another one we don’t need to eat raw dough. She said it needs it 30 min, but they were able to get it out in 15 min. It was all a lie so they don’t have to cook another one. 3- The other half of the food arrived 40 min after! The falafel was burned from outside and raw from the inside, the foul has literally no flavour and the fatteh was soggy. 4- I asked the lady for my drinks , a juice that never arrived, her response was in a rude way” you have to get it yourself “ I was like oh really? I have to get it ?! She ended it up bringing it to me but she was not happy!! Like sorry? How should i know ?? Maybe the busy man who was taking the order should’ve mentioned that? So you guys can bring us food but cant bring us the drink? We also asked her for salt and oil, she rolled her eyes and bought it for us after with an attitude.
As a Lebanese person, the food was average, not worth it at all! Especially with arrogant owners and rude staff! Trust me guys with this arrogance and attitude you will never win a customer. There is so many other Lebanese places in Melbourne that have the same food with better quality and flavour. Never...
Read moreLittle Lebanon well done! You have brought a masterpeice to the south east of Melbourne and filled in a massive gap that was lacking. Delicious food, amazing staff and service and nice and cozy atmosphere. You took me back to lebanon! I tried a bit of everything and I could not fault it. Prices are excellent also. I do have a bit of feedback about the Manoush. It was firstly, to die for, but I think it would have been more amazing than it already was if it was heated up a little longer. It was in the oven for around 2 minutes, I think a bit more would have been excellent as the cheese was a little cold. None the less, I...
