Every single time these guys manage to mess something up. Every time. I use the drive thru & there is always something. ALWAYS! Not once have I been and nothing has been wrong. from missing sauces to no straws to the food being cold or chips not hardly even cooked at all. One time there was so much salt literally caked on & I couldn’t eat them. Today’s experience is kinda it for me & prompted me to write this. Today My coke isn’t coke. It taste like a nasty soda water with the slightest dash of coke syrup in it. The coke is actually clear. I am assuming your post mix machine has run out of syrup but no one has noticed yet. So that was really great. Chips were thrown in bag upside down and are soggy and horrible. Apart from all the food order issues the staff absolutely 100% need training on customer service. It really is atrocious. The girl at the first drive thru window did not say a single word to me. Not a word. Just waited for me to pay. I was like “thank you, has that gone thru?” She still said nothing Then when I got to the second window they handed me half my food and my (not) coke and girl said immediately “wait at next window” no “hello here’s your order do you mind waiting at the next window!?!” I drove to next window to collect the remainder of my order, after about 5 minutes, a girl came handed me the and just walked off and I said “hang on, excuse me could I please get cup holder?” Her reply was “what?” I said again and This kid literally rolled her eyes at me and made an audible grunt. I said to to her sorry to inconvenience you but I have two drinks!! She said nothing. This place is literally the worst McDonald’s ever. They really really to need retrain their staff. I get they are young kids that probably hate every single moment of working at McDonald’s, But so unfriendly and careless I won’t be coming...

Consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever seen for staff attitude and quality of food. Initially I gave them the benefit of the doubt for teething issues as they are a relatively new store, but if anything their standards are declining.
Food is often cold even during busy times and they always screw any complex order up. Usually if you order something like a burger the components are scattered all over the place like they flung them in the general direction of the box rather than properly assembling the burger even if not busy. If you order a single item they just hand it to you without putting it in a bag or a serviette obviously to cut costs. Once when I had things to carry I asked them to put my order in a bag and I was met with a surly "Why?" and a face that looked like I'd taken a dump on their drive through roadway. The staff never say basic customer service staples like "please" or "thank you". I don't know the number of times I've sat in the driveway looking through the window watching staff leaning against a counter glued to their phones or standing in a group laughing and chatting.
Last straw for me has been tonight when I ordered a Caesar Chicken McWrap. The chicken fillet was cold and greasy and the bacon had obviously been sitting in a warmer for so long that it was like trying to chew leather - I literally could not bite through it. I opened it up and there was no cheese and only a few tiny bits of lettuce and hardly any sauce. I was basically charged $10 for a cold chicken fillet wrapped in pita bread which I threw out after a few bites.

Read moreLiterally the worse McDonald’s experience I have had is at this one (Williamstown). I always give fast food the benefit of the doubt by all means because it’s not just me ordering food, other people are ordering also but this store is the worse for not being quick at all (that’s if they get your order at all) My partner and I ordered our food, we waited patiently and because he ordered a new burger we thought maybe it takes a little longer to make. A couple people got their orders and we didn’t think anything of it until I look at the time and it had been 30 minutes, so I went up and asked how ours was going and how long we could possibly we waiting. The girl I spoke with couldn’t find my order and spoke with the manager. The manager than came over and asked me about my order and I told him what I ordered and he than had asked me if I had a receipt (I didn’t receive a receipt from the machine) and then he asked me if I even paid for the meals at all. That’s when I said to him that I did pay and showed the money coming out my partners account (which I feel like we didn’t have to prove that, this manager was quite rude). He went back to the kitchen to find our order and then yelled out it will be ready in 10 minutes. So my partner and I waited patiently again, then where we were seated I could see the kitchen and they were talking amongst themselves and started staring at me. The manager (after 15 minutes) said to the kitchen staff again to start making our order. My partner and I had enough and asked for a refund. While we got our refund, the manager again asked us what we ordered and made snarky comments throughout giving us the refund.
