The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had this morning. I ordered my usual 10 nugget meal with bbq sauce. 9.9 times out the 10 the team here are AMAZING! Friendly, and on the ball. Today was awful. The person who served me gave me the wrong sauce. I reversed back to the window and waited 2 mins while beeping my horn to get the teams attention, they ignored me. I then drove to the second window and did the same thing, it happened again. By the time the person opened the window I was visionary annoyed (I’d already waited 5 mins in the waiting bay for fresh fries) I told the team member I was upset and left. I drove off and began eating my nuggets. They were stone cold. They tasted like cardboard and were inedible I Called the store to complain and ask ‘how do you make someone wait 5 mins for fresh fries when it takes 3 mins to cook Fresh nuggets?!’ (Every morning the beautiful team tell me sorry it’ll be a 3 min wait for nuggets and there no issue. This person did not care that I was upset, I explained I paid a lot of money and waited for nothing that I could not eat the nuggets and could not understand why they wouldn’t give me both of them fresh if they were making one already?! The person rudely said it was my fault for not asking for them to be fresh. I nearly died. I angrily told them that it is THEIR job to provide fresh food to customers I should not have to specify to please not pay for and be given stone cold food that cannot be tasted or eaten. It was the single worst experience I’ve ever had a McDonald’s and a real shame. Read moreI’d like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at one of your airport stores.
I ordered a McMuffin breakfast with two extra eggs (on top of the one that already comes with it), expecting a total of three eggs. I paid an additional $1.25 per egg, yet I only received two eggs in total. Given the location was inside the airport, I wasn’t in a position to go back and have this corrected, which was frustrating.
This isn’t just about the money—it’s about the standard of service and care expected from a trusted brand like McDonald’s. What made the experience worse was the staff member at the counter, who looked half-asleep, didn’t greet me, and handed over my food without so much as a word or a smile. It came across as indifferent and unprofessional. Plus, my coffe was extremely overcooking! Burning of it a lot. Gosh!
To make matters worse, the condition of the toilet facilities was unacceptable—unclean and not up to basic hygiene standards, particularly disappointing in a high-traffic airport environment.
As someone who has long supported and enjoyed McDonald’s, I find it disheartening to see rising prices but slipping service quality. Customers deserve consistency, care, and respect, especially in busy locations where expectations are understandably higher.
Anyway, McDonald’s seriously needs a supervisor to regularly check store standards—especially in busy locations like airports—and if budget’s tight, I’d happily volunteer to do it for free, because customers deserve better than missing items, sleepy service, and filthy toilets!

Always check your food before driving away.. like, do a loop before you drive off..
8 times out of 10.. it will be wrong!!... so remember those odds.. if you car 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 in the drive thru.. its more than likely your food will be WRONG!!

But, be nice to the drive thru people and staff at your local maccas folks.. its nice hard!! Just imagine, if this was your sister.. brother, mother, dad, daughter, son standing there.. Be kind!!You don't need to be a, self righous D I C K!
FACILITIES.. Hmmm.. well it's a public toilet really.. take your own hand sanitiser... use it to wipe the toilet seat and don't touch anything.. You'll be fine..
