Absolutely disgusting burnt meal and disgusting staff and attitude. Came for smorgasbord only to be informed they weren't doing one tonight because they had a function on. Ok, se we ordered a menu meal, rib fillet steak. Reasonable size meal. Steak was covered with a huge pile of bacon and about two tablespoons of capers. Why would you do that? After two mouthfuls of steak all you could taste was the salt and bacon and a burnt taste. Not sure what was burnt but everything tasted the same burnt taste. Meal comes with chips and salad. Salad was one eighth of a tomato piece and a pile of your pre packed wash n toss lettuce. Spoke to three different staff members, each one then disappeared out to the kitchen and never returned. Were offered something so at least I was not hungry. Agreed to that, and then that member never returned, spoke to someone else who then charged my husband for this free replacement, that person then disappeared and never returned. Got attention of third person who then said he knew all about it but they decided that because I had already eaten some of my meal then it was too bad. We said cancel the apparent free replacement that we were charged for and refund us that. At least we got that back. Weren't being greedy as we only ordered something worth $10 for the replacement, not like it was something wortk $35 or such. If you want a great venue with good food and great service this is the place to go. Held a 40th b-day dinner for 15 of my friends Sat night and we had a blast. Plenty of hot fresh food kept coming out,with zero complaints from my friends. Venue was spotless clean including the bathrooms and the atmosphere was pleasant ,lighting and sound was just right. The two staff members on that night where cheerful and great at there jobs and didnt mind the kids playing (thanks from their parents). Not only did they serve the bar { making great cocktails } ,clear tables ,they actually had time to stop and intertact with my guest and have a few laughs . A big thank-you to you both. All who attended will return again...

Had dinner here this evening and it was THE WORST dinning experience I’ve ever had. True blue buffet would lead you to believe that there will be a selection of foods to choose from however the buffet was empty for most of our time there and waiting for food to be refilled was ridiculous. Rude staff blaming the business of the place on the lack of food available despite the fact that 3/4 of the tables were empty. No beards removed from the muscles, bones in the chicken satay runny jelly. Seriously everything actually available was aweful. I would not recommend this place and will walk away feeling absolutely robbed of over a $100 for bread. A...
