McDonald's — Restaurant in Melbourne

Would have given 3-4 stars because although I had to argue with the manager and 2 staff I was eventually given a kids toy and 5 cents that the cashier did not have to give me. BUT! I have given 1 star and if the system would allow me I would give 0 stars.

What happened!! I ordered a kids meal with a cheese burger and small coke no ice. I had to repeat my order to the cashier. Didn't have my correct glasses on, I drove to the cashier and paid, they did not have 5 cents change and they told me they would give it at the next window.

I drove to the next window and was given a cheese burger meal. I told them I ordered a kids meal and was told no you did not! Delusional staff!. I argued with the manager and staff and was eventually given a kids toy. I asked for my 5 cents and the manager told me they don't know what I am taking about! The cashier had screamed out she needed 5 cents for change multiple times, the whole store would have heard including customers. I told them go and ask the cashier. I was eventually given my 5 cents.

I went home and my wife said why did you pay so much money for a kids meal? They are only worth $5 plus some change. There was a manager present plus 2 more staff and they did not alert me that since I ordered a cheese burger kids meal I had overpaid $3.00. Criminals!!! This would not have happened 15 years ago!! They lost a good...

Don’t come here at night and expect to be served, if you do it’s a miracle. It gets to a point where they just don’t want to work or serve so they just say they are on “System reset” which is ridiculous because of how convenient it seems to be that every time I come past they are on “System reset”.

I honestly have no idea what’s going on with the McDonald’s in Melton but they have all become some of the worst McDonald’s stores I’ve ever been to. It’s like there is 0 quality control or possibly just the constant change of workers around the different stores? It’s extremely disappointing.

I’m not saying you can’t have a good experience here or good food once in awhile but what I am saying is that the workers aren’t being properly managed and I’ve been multiple times where myself or other customers have been waiting on food just to have the workers messing around like children IN FRONT OF THEM not even trying to be sly about it.

This store used to be the better store of the 3 in Melton but now it’s practically a waste of time to even make the drive because it’s a roll of the dice whether they’ll “FEEL” like serving you or not and even if you do get served good luck making sure you’re at the right place at the right time for the stars to line up and you actually get a...

The worst Maccas i've been to. Had to wait 30 mins for an order to prepare, and when inspected, 4 med and 2 large fries missing. Called Nathan, supervisor and was advised to come and collect the shortage. At the store, i've approached a very rude staff who repeatedly asked for me coming back. As i've said i was after the missing order, she just walked off without a promised. Nathan showed up, so i told my purpose, but he said it was being prepared. 20 mins, waiting still nothing. Until i approached Nathan again when he showed up. Only then did he do it by himself. So ridiculous to see, overstaffed counters but the wait was so long. And worst, i never see anyone smiling at us people waiting. What else, i saw them hand picking the fries to containers. This happened today at around 1:30 pm 19 Sept 2022. I couldn't say anything good at this store. Due to so much waiting for the missing order, the other items were cold and flat when i get home. If there is a "0" star, i won't hesitate.
