UPDATE: BEWARE OF ODERING FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! We were advised via txt message and over the phone with the owner that our next 'meal' was being covered... Not just the pizza. My husband went in and collected what we ordered...small pizza, garlic bread roll & spaghetti bolongais for my son. We would never have ordered an unnecessary amount of food just because it would be free. The pizza was the only thing deducted from our bill. This is absolutely disgusting considering they were basically just giving us what we had originally paid for and could not eat due to how bad it was. I did not go into the restaurant and say anything as I'm 9 months pregnant and refuse to stress myself. I have sent a message to the owner who was all apologies to me over the phone & said our next meal would be covered. Really disgraceful and we will not step foot in Monte Verde again !!!!!!!!

-Really disappointed with our pizza, completely burnt and unable to eat it. The girl gave an apology only because she had to.. didn't sound too sorry. We live 20mins away and would not go back to get another one. This is something we shouldn't have to do anyway ! The person who put the pizza in the box really shouldn't work there as they could clearly see how burnt it...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is absolutely incredible, and two items in particular blew me away, the grilled pork ribs and the Kit Kat pizza.

The grilled pork ribs were out of this world—perfectly tender, juicy, and bursting with smoky, savory flavor. You can tell they take their time with the preparation because every bite just melts in your mouth. The seasoning was spot on, and the char from the grill added that perfect finishing touch. Honestly, some of the best ribs I’ve ever had!

Now, the Kit Kat pizza, I know it sounds a little wild, but trust me, it’s a game-changer. It’s a fun, delicious twist on dessert that somehow works so well. The base was crisp yet soft, and the warm, melted chocolate paired with chunks of Kit Kat gave it a crunchy-sweet texture that was addictive. It’s the kind of thing you try once and keep thinking about long after you leave.

The rest of the menu was solid too, but those two dishes alone are worth coming back for. If you’re in the area and craving something bold and satisfying, this spot should be at the top of your list. Can’t wait...

A Memorable Family Night at Monta Verde

We were just passing by Monta Verde when our daughter suddenly said she wanted pizza. We decided to stop in, and although the place was quite busy with many people waiting for their orders, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived — just a few minutes after ordering!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and approachable. Our kids had a great time and absolutely loved their pizza and chips, while we enjoyed both the pizza and pasta — everything was fresh and delicious. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity.

What made the evening even more special was a kind gesture from (what we believe was) the owner, who came over and gave a little surprise to our kids before we left. It was such a sweet and thoughtful moment that truly made our night.
