DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO - MR GUMMY, If I could give them zero stars, I would - I was treated absolutely disgusting tonight...I waited over an hour and a half for my food and when I questioned the wait time - I had the owners, cooks etc, YELLING at me, pointing their fingers in my face, telling me they can tell their customers whatever time they want to tell them, that they have had a long day and I should be grateful they were cooking my dinner on Good Friday” (I’m sorry but last I checked, I paid you for my food - you didn’t cook it for free)- I do understand that it’s their busiest day of the year and I wouldn’t have mind a 10/15min wait BUT don’t tell customers to come at 8pm and have them waiting will 8.40pm to have there food ready! When my order was ready, the lady on the grill (I’m presuming the owner) yelled at me to never come back there again to which I replied “Don’t worry I’ll never come back here and I’ll let everyone know about it” to which she replied “Good, we don’t want you...you are an idiot” - I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated and all while my son was there as well as other customers...The fact that they can treat their customer like that is appalling to say the least - You can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen and while you at it take some lessons in customer service!
