We came here to eat after work and my brother and I were blown away at the food and service and promptness of staff! We were very impressed by the food especially by their curry puffs they were delicious! Along with their satay chicken, their cocktails and their roti! I do however wish more flavour in their pad Thai and their curry. Another great dish was their chilli beef based dish, which was very well balanced! I will eat here again and order our highlights and try some other menu items also! Another point to add was the food is pricey to be prepared for a slight high price in the final bill :)

Very popular Thai restaurant in Bundoora. The mood of this place is classy and gives the impression that there is serious Thai cuisine happening here. It features a large seating space, elegantly decorated with comfortable seating and traditional Thai decor. Staff were quick to accommodate for us. We ordered the Tom Kha soup for starters which is the perfect dish to warm up with on a cold evening. It was zesty and delicious. Main was stir fry veggies with chicken, which was also flavoursome. Roti was fresh and served with peanut sauce.

We had a fantastic experience at Narai Bundoora. The service was lovely, and the waitresses were extremely polite and attentive. The ambience in the restaurant was also great. The 2 entree salads (tofu and beef) were fresh, flavourful and a delight to eat. The Chicken Panang curry was also very tasty, along with the coconut rice. The star of the show was the Pad See Ew - it was one of the best Pad See Ew I’ve ever tried. For that alone, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Great experience!

Booked my family for dinner to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary.I suffer with fructose mal absorption and are highly allergic to onion and garlic. I suffer digestive disfuctuion and break out in cystic acne on my face and body. I ordered my meal without marinated meat limited vegetables no sauce only salt and pepper. Take two bites and can taste garlic on the pork.i call a waitress to speak with the chef urgently.she returns distressed explaining my meat has veen cooked with garlic she forgot to write no oinion and garlic on the ticket . I ran to the toilet to vomit four times on return I told her i was not paying for my meal. I said lucky i am not analphylactic .she said no charge for the four of us , as she made the mistake and said she will pay personally and began to cry . i vomited in the car on the way home and five more times after that, writing this with bile burning my throat i will know by tomorrow when i wake if i am covered. In rashes and cystic acne on my face .Which is very painful, which will result in trips to the dermatologist, oral antibiotics and topical antibiotic creams and facials. This process takes 12 months to clear not to mention time and cost. I doubt will return to this restaurant .Allergy sufferers .Eat here at here at your own perril..signing off very distraught.Elizabeth Velkos.i would like to mention on previous occasions my meal has been perfect with no issues i have spoken with the chef and will speak with the staff who are usually very professional taking orders and will stress the caution and importance of food allergies. Overall my sons and husband love eating here as the food is fresh and authentic . Very traditional cuisine. I have only had one...

Went to order on their website because they offer a 20% discount to order online and pick-up. Some meals despite the description stating protein choices including tofu, there is no box to tick tofu so called restaurant and they said just select chicken and then select Vegan as dietery option and put a note stating "Vegan option please" which we did, and that worked for a couple of different orders over a few weeks. The other night however, it was completely ignored and Chicken had been put in the meal. Had picked up the meal and brought home, assuming all was fine so I called up only for the person on the phone to be extremely rude, repeatedly interrupting me and blaming it on a third party ordering/delivery service even though order was placed on Narai Thai's own website and I picked up personally.. After being hung up on, I went back there and while they made the correct meal free of charge, they refused to apologise or offer a partial refund for their mistake and wasting my time. Kept blaming it on third party website even though I ordered through naraithaibundoora.com.au and the Vegan requests were clearly visible on the receipt. Completely unacceptable customer service and I will never be ordering food from here again. It's a shame, but there are plenty of other nice thai restaurants...

I went here with my partner about 2 weeks ago after not being there for a few years and I was quite dissapointed in how much it had declined since my last visit.

I can only put it down to a possible change in management perhaps, but it just wasn't the same.

I ordered the panang curry as I always do, and it was overloaded with green beans, most of which I had to pick out in order to get to the curry itself. The curry was also a bit bland compared to what I remember. The portion sizes compared to what I remember had also reduced but the price did not reflect this at all.

My partner (who is Thai) ordered a Thai salad which he asked to be of medium heat. When the dish came out and he started eating it, he told me that it was not spicy at all. I then tried it and he was right. There was 0 spice in this dish to the point where you could give it to a child without issue.

Normally I would stick around for coffee and dessert afterwards, but as soon as we finished out mains, we just left.

The only real positive feedback I can give them is that the restaurant was quite busy and still seemed to be popular as it once was and the staff seemed friendly enough.

Personally, it was very dissapointing overall as this used to be my favourite Thai restaurant. But sadly I don't think I...
