Man cooking/owner i presume, is so rude. First time we bought chips they were slightly undercooked. Tasting raw. My 5 year old even made a comment that they needed to be cooked more. I went home and recooked them. They were busy and maybe he didnt cook them long enough. Next time we went in i asked for them to be cooked abit "crispier" to politely sugar coat the fact that he undercooked them last time, only to be told off..."eveything here is crispy if you want crispy, go home and cook them yourself, im not wasting my extra gas to cook a minute more for your chips,". I was amazed at the rudeness of this man. He never cracked a smile. Could of said no. So very rude. Treats customers poorly. Never go there again. I cannot rate anything accurately due to having a contagious and severe throat infection but my 4 yr old daughter , my mum and friend went on the half an hour hike to this place leaving before 6:20 and made their order only to come back after 7:30pm without the one item my 4 year old eats 💔 they then want my friend to walk back to get the 2 steamed dim sims that were missing only to have all the 3 packs brought get cold !! Unfair and not very good customer service if you ask me and we're not returning even for those dim sims too late for a 4 year old!! Thanks for the others but we'll eat elsewhere from now...
