Overall this cafe is ok. The service was slow and a bit confusing. I assume they had some new staff on the day I went, hence the weirdness. In saying that though there was about 6 staff behind the counter and only about 14 customers, so the service should have been faster. There was also a manager who stood on the other side of the counter ordering the staff around while they were trying to serve customers and make drink orders.
