Pizza Fellas Cranbourne North — Restaurant in Melbourne

Used to be a favourite of ours. Not so much these days.

Whenever we used to ring for the order to be delivered, they would always be half way through taking our order and then asking us to hold to answer either a customer in store or on the other line and then having to keep repeating the whole order again.

We called up tonight to order as usual for delivery, to have them tell us they can’t deliver it and to order through Uber eats. We said there aren’t the options to add or remove ingredients on there and they said to put it in notes and they’ll sort it when it comes through under our name. So we said okay fine we will order through Uber eats. Then we receive our order to see they’ve happily removed the prawns from one pizza but can’t add a few bits of onion or capsicum to the other despite the fact they’ve happily took prawns off the other pizza which would cover the cost.

Also nowhere to choose thick or thin base so ended up with thick base which is not what we wanted.

We also used to be in their delivery radius on their website, which now we are just out of which is frustrating.

Probably won’t bother ordering/eating from here in future. Much better local pizza places on UberEats than Oz Pizza. It was only that they used to be good and very accommodating when calling to order that made us keep ordering...

I very rarely complain about food and unprofessional people but I received pizza from this shop, delivered because I'm in the middle of an assignment. The pizza comes and I bite into it and the feta is off, I eat feta everyday I love feta. Called the shop only to be told I'm wrong and handed over to 3 different people on the phone. I was told to bring my food back and "they'll see what they can do about it".. Took the pizza back and I said if you can eat all the feta off the pizza I will happily take it home and reheat it, but I'm telling you it's off. One of the workers ate a piece and told me yes you're right it is off and the woman behind the counter said oh what do you want me to do about it. I said I'll just have a refund and apparently they don't do refunds. I was offered a "free pizza" next time I order. Which will be never. Waste of money do...

We ordered pizza at 5:28pm this evening wasn’t a large order at all just 3 large pizzas and 1 small pizza, we called. W back at 6:38 wondering where our meal was only to be told it’s on its way……we then called back asking where our meal to be told it’s about 15 min away so we waited and waited called back 20min later to be told there was a mix up with our order and that it would need to be remade and we would have it in 15min, so after a 2hr and 10min wait our pizza’s finally arrived luke warm at best.

Stay away from this place the service and food are seriously below an acceptable level of a fast food restaurant.

Cranbourne is the home of fast food do yourself a favour and try any other pizza shop in Cranbourne, better still a frozen Coles pizza would be...
