So, we ordered our KFC through the app and picked it up at the counter. It didn't take too long, just around 10 minutes, so that part was good. But man, the chicken was a letdown. It looked all dark and not the usual golden brown. And let me tell ya, it tasted like it was fried twice or something - super dry and chewy like rubber. Not the finger-lickin' goodness we were hoping for.

We asked for a mix of drumstick and thigh, but what we got were these tiny breast and wing pieces. Like, come on, be honest with us if you can't do it! The flavour was just meh, nothing special.

I don't know what's going on with KFC lately, but their quality seems to be going downhill. They better step up their game and treat us customers better. It's like they're only interested in making money for their shareholders, not caring about us regular folks who just want a good ol' tasty meal.

I guess the only reason we still go there is 'cause there ain't many fast food options out in the outer suburbs. But seriously, KFC, get your act together and start caring about your customers more as well as your young staff with the respect they deserve. These teenagers shouldn't have to deal with angry customers because of decisions made by higher-ups who only care about money. They need to invest in a better system, recruit better, and provide provide proper support for their franchisee so that everyone can have a better experience.

Customers are not just faceless dollar signs; they're real people who deserve to be treated with care and respect. KFC needs to reevaluate their priorities and start genuinely caring about their customers' experience. We all deserve finger-lickin' good chicken and a positive dining experience, not disappointment and frustration. So come on, KFC, step up your game and not just give us...

Oh dear. Terrible effort last night guys. I got there at 23.40 Sunday 30/06/19 - way home ftom work. First off - the music was blaring I had to order over the noise. 2 Aoli Sliders and large fries. Went out to my vehicle. The chicken in the sliders was dry and the wraps on the sliders so dry they broke when I took a bite. Took them back in. Young lady happy to replace with some chicken as it was fresh. Okay - no little wings please. Back out to my car. Open up the box - 1 drum stick, 1 dried up portion - AND 2 LITTLE WINGS - both dried out. Musn't have been able to hear me over the loud music! Too late to go back in - they've just closed. Oh well - at least I have my fries. Open up the box of fries- obviously must have got the last few chips for the night because apart from a few yummy ones at the top - the rest were horrible. Oh - and the music was so loud - it was loud even outside the building. So I thought I'd ring and speak to them this morning rather than hammer them on social media - but the website for this stores lists a mobile that was going straight to message bank. I know it can be a bit hit and miss going to a fast food place at the end of the night but I would rather they said they didn't have anything fresh rather than expect me to eat food that should have been given to the chooks ( no pun intended ) I've eaten here before and had some lovely fresh chicken - but last night you really justified why you have such a low rating. A little more supervision and commitment to a quality product and service...

I was given a SMS telling me KFC is giving free delivery with the cheap as chips meal, so I decided why not

When I placed my order, the price changed from the usual, $21.95 to $25.95

So I received my delivery and opened it up and found out it was short, one piece of chicken, one nugget and both sauces

I had changed one of the chips to another potato and gravy and the coleslaw to for bread rolls

When I opened up the potato and gravy’s they were only half full with to distinctive ice cream scoop size balls of potato under a bit of gravy.

When I ate the potato and gravy, it tasted okay with the gravy, but when I got to just a potato itself, it tasted sour, almost like lemon was added to it. There was no date sticker on the potato and gravy.

They both tasted sour and were thrown out a complete waste of time and money

Overcharged shortchanged on pieces and source and in edible food.

Out of the 6 times of eaten here 4 times I’ve been screwed by either not giving me what I ordered shortchanging or food that was disgusting.

Don’t turn up late because they stop cooking early

They all should be fired and you should get real people in to work there who actually give a shit about what they do.

Worst KFC ever you’re better off driving 6 minutes up the road to go to the other one in lynbrook
