Terrible Experience – Dangerous Mistake

I ordered a paneer wrap, but they delivered a chicken wrap instead. The uber guy only had one order which was delivered to us, he was helpless as he cannot check the order he’s been given. Being highly allergic to chicken, I took a bite and immediately started reacting. It was a terrifying experience—I was choking and struggling to breathe.

To make matters worse, the phone number on their website is invalid. After searching on Google, I finally found the correct number, but despite calling over 10 times, no one answered. There was zero customer support, and in a situation like this, that is beyond unacceptable—it’s dangerous.

I cannot understand how such an irresponsible restaurant is still operating. What if this mistake had been made for someone with a more severe allergy? They could have killed someone. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, stay far away...

I would like to rate this experince as worst experience of my entire time with Menulog. I never got my order, after waiting for 1 hour , I start calling restaurant only to found that google has wrong contact number fo rPunjabi express. When I called Menulog, it took me two attempts to talk to someone. They informed me that system said food was delivered whereas I never got the food. It was so unprofessional and Menulog's customer service was the worst example especially during COVID times. I demanded my money refunded which I still have not received. The whole calling process took 2.5 hours, with my family kept waiting for lunch. I am finding out a way to put a customer complaint against Menulog as well as the restaurant. Never...

Went in and asked for a menu to order. Once ordered wasn't given price just asked to return in 30 minutes for food. Asked them to add up but said to pay on collection. Ok so when I went to collect I'd worked it out to be $81. Was told $91! After questioning this was told they'd got a new menu and prices had changed but they didn't have a new menu. I said that I'd been given the menu from them and I wasn't going to pay $91 just on their say so. The lady went to tell the manager who apparently said ok he'd accept$84!?
