Ransara Foods. — Restaurant in Melbourne

Had a bad experience today..owner should see this..that’s why put a review. I went to restaurant around 11:50am bought a mix rice for a patient .I was hurry because I have to be in the hospital right time.then I asked to cashier lady (old women) to do hurry up.then she told m my card is not working.that is impossible because that’s my regular card .then I told that to lady.She reply me “ man danne eka machine eka ena eka kiwe “ like with bad sound .I don’t want to get hard words from her.she should know treat to customers very kindly.after 3-4 time swiped card to Machine I received SMS from bank.money was credited.I show SMS to her.but still her told that card is not working and didn’t give my parcel to me.then I was angry and I told her to refund my money or give my food.she took almost 20-30 min for single operation.fault is totally from restaurant side..not mine. finally she released my food.she told to me bla bla bla bla I don’t want to listen her then I left the restaurant.time is 12:15pm .very bad service.food may be delicious but service is not satisfied.single mix fried rice pack - 920/= very...

Went to get lunch from the place and the servings were unbelievably little. The person right in front of me was known to the restaurant, thus he was served with a lot of meat while in my case it was barely very little few pieces etc. I still remember the way the server was trying to avoid a proper piece of chicken to the rice and ended up putting very little portion regardless of the lunch pack costing as much as $13. That was terrible customer service and low value for money. Please don't only serve the known customers well and ignore the others as taking for granted etc. Speaking the reality, I came home and cooked a meat curry myself to finish the rest of the rice, what a waste of...
