SHOCKING SERVICE.. Asked for 2 Classic Roast's and a Rooster Roll at the drive thru. The staff member asked us not once but 3 times if we wanted a drink and at all times we said no. She did'nt say how much the order cost. She packed the order away from our sight. l had to ask for a receipt myself or else l would'nt of received one. Drove home, opened up the bag and to my astonishment and disgust there was chips that l didnt order. l checked my receipt and it showed l was charged for a Combo Meal which was'nt even mentioed and of course l didnt receive the 600ml bottle of Coke which was printed on the receipt. l tasted the roast chicken and it was very very dry. l drove back to the store to complain and the manager said the reason for the combo meal was it worked out cheaper that way. lf l wanted chips and a drink l would of ordered chips and a drink. Being a Diabetic its the last thing l would want....

Crikey. Well they have always been good for collecting orders when I'm on Delivery. This time it was my turn to receive a delivery. The delivery time was excellent, very fast. The Roast Chicken was amazing, highly recommend. That's where the praise ends. The potato mash and gravy........where's the potato.? 🥔 A few spots of it in amongst a pool of gravy. And I made the mistake of thinking 🤔 the corn wheels may have been corn fritters for the price. Nope 6x corn wheels equals an ear of corn cut into 6 pieces ha ha ha. For $5.45, ridiculous.

So, in summary, anything other than the Roast Chicken is gratuitous at best. Expensive and pointless. Get the chicken and order sides from another place.

They still remain brilliant at getting the deliveries out the door and make my delivery job easier...

what an absulute day mare the second time they give us chips dipped in salt our orders nothing less then 35 buks I didn't ask for replacement of the fries the first time bcz I thought it wont happen again but it did today and they told me no it's not two salty when I had to blow each 1 and tap them to be able to eat some they think they going to go broke for a chips very rude and unprofessional with food I wonder why not much people there I didn't really wana go there it was my sons idea never ever again even if I'm going die I whould rother eat my shoes instead oh man the food stuck whoulnt wanna go down after the discussion about the fries it's stuck I wich it comes out I'm...
