The most awful experience, not only did they refuse say my order was never put through, despite being given an order number and recipe of payment and apparently having made the food. Then throughout out a few minutes discussion agreeing it had been out through and paid for but apparently for an in-store pick up, my Mum had just passed away and with a toddler in the car could have been an easy fix, with maybe some small amount of compassion at the very very very bare bottom minimum. Then at the drive thru hearing the (excuse any racially descriptive terms because I really don't care about any of that but how else can you describe someone, it's that's got nothing to do with an order of food, but the light haired, Asian woman with eyelashes done, and apparently an attitude to match and a black shirt,who I had also already had to negotiate through drive through then through the first window, to the point I reached the first window, ok discussed and passed it, as I was about to drive she said she had spit in my chips anyway at which point I reversed and said WHAT did you just say? I then asked for a refund and said I didn't want the food now. Ti which a white male with an orange beard and balding orange hair said they could help me with a refund, than told me my app couldn't facilitate that, drive to the next window. I was again confronted with the abusive, arrogant staff member who said we can't believe you at all, you're holding up my line, rather than attempt to reconcile the situation she instead said I'll call the "cops" on you. Had apologised of my mistake of apparently pressing instore versus drive thru as my toddler daughter and I had jus went to visit my Mum who passed away in hospital, it was already the most tragic time, if not made significantly worse by people with no compassion, no room for an accidental error despite the order being easily available, I just simply wasn't instore due to having a distressed toddler in my car seat. I would never visit this kfc ever again or likely any, given the extreme lack of compassion for people, the possibility of minute human error which if it were on their part wouldn't even be apologised for, along with her comment of spitting in the chips and the aggression of both staff members mentioned. I went home and threw up from the sheer lack of even the smallest level of human decency displayed. Without food, without a refund and without a spec of compassion. You should be ashamed of the staff you employ and their lack of compassion, care or even the slightest bit of respect for their customers. Never again will I seek comfort in the "fast" "comforting" food of KFC. This is shameful, Ive had better experiences at any other fast food restaurant with even 15-16 year Olds both running and serving. Apparently older is not better. Leave it to the 16 year Olds...
Read moreCould not be more disappointed with KFC brimbank. Last night I watched as two ladies were waiting to be served, and then asked kindly as a KFC worker was walking past the registers. He said no because he was on his break, and instead of getting someone else to serve them he asked them to move so he could leave. I watched for around 10 minutes until they asked someone else and they were finally served. If the initial worker served them than his break would have been delayed by a few minutes, instead of these ladies waiting 10 minutes.
Around 5 minutes later (so I was waiting 25 minutes now) my name was called. I went to collect my order and she left the register before I even made it up, had to basically bend over the desk to collect it. I left the store and headed home and when I started to eat my KFC I was disgusted with the quality. My chips were extremely cold and soggy, and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a popcorn chicken go bucket, three hot and crispy, and a drink. Instead of hot & crispy I had a soggy box of original chips. How does it take 25 minutes to serve someone that??

Read morethis place is honestly horrible. i’m not sure how they’re still open. my brother and i ordered two simple zinger boxed meals and nuggets and coleslaw for my parents. the individual taking our order was extremely rude and completely missed the last half of our order. we adjusted that at the last window which is fine but we get home only to find out half of one of the boxed meals is missing. my brother took it back and they said we couldn’t give it without any proof. we had the receipt on us and the box was open at home. my father went back with the whole box and demanded a new meal because everything else had gone cold and soggy. the staff when they got there were extremely degrading and rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake they had made and continued to bicker and snicker about my father behind his back. they honestly don’t even deserve the 1 star because the customer service is worse than anything on this planet. if i could give it a 0 i would have plastered...
