We had cause to make a complaint regarding a mixture of rude staff and incorrect order at this store last week. Corporate returned the call and promised a replacement meal.
Went to pick it up tonight. Your "manager" at first could not find it in his book...then told us several times we had already picked it up...eventually and very reluctantly after talking to another staff manager (the cause of the original issue) who was actually hiding around the corner in drive through we were given a bag. No drinks, deserts or sides....dunno..could be policy/being cheap. Fine so we leave.
We get home to find three pieces of chicken. Two chips, one half full and the other spilled in the bag....to replace our $29 family feast meal.
So we get back in the car. I go in alone as I don't want my now furious wife to scream at them.
I ask for the manager, same guy comes out. I polity ask him to have another look at the book please. We were given 3 pieces and two (1.5 really) to replace a full meal.
He told me that it was correct. I sait it was not. He told me thats whats in the book and that he had called and checked. (No idea who he called, corporate are closed...they have two voicemail's from us, the owner perhaps?)
I left the bag on the counter and walked out.
In summary. You had three chances on this meal. If we go to kfc at all again, it will not be at this store. This is consistent with your level of service there. We have had numerous issues with incorrect orders, this was the first time we complained though and the result...

You'll either get burnt chicken, or the coating falls off, or it's not hot and in my latest experience I got less chicken than I paid for. A 15 piece wicked wing's pack only had 9 pieces. I rang the store and was told to come in - obviously not something you want to do when you've reached home and it defeats the purpose and convenience of take out. Always get a 21 piece bucket and now starting to wonder how many times we've been given less and didn't notice. Do I have to check/count the food in the drive-thru now? Went in a couple of days later to get my replacement and they gave me so much grief and treated me like I was a "scammer". Their logic was insane. They expected that I bring in the bones/chicken to prove how many pieces I got but didn't tell me that on the day I called...and anyhow, how does that prove anything? That was the last straw. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on where I'll get the quality and...
Read moreQuality and Family Friendly Service, The food they make is quality and when they ask what you want or when they need your credit card to pay for the order you make they make no problems and the food is quality with a good taste I like and think is really thought well.
The wait is mainly not bad as but Saturday’s around the morning are more likely to have a bigger wait line.
Also it’s good how the building is made it has a peaceful place with tables and chairs to sit on and eat, along with the drive thru it is good the shelter while you wait is good and the order is easy to get which is the same with the dine in part but this isn’t that quick on a morning Saturday as I said previously.
Honestly worth 5 stars nothing really that bad...
