Almost every Saturday, my 2 year old son and I find ourselves at Ripples Cafe n Co while my daughter dances at the nearby studio — and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. Whether it’s a quick coffee or a relaxed breakfast, the experience is always outstanding.

The service at Ripples is consistently 10/10 — and a big part of that is thanks to Brenna. She has served us many times and is always the perfect combination of professional, warm, and genuinely friendly. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. As someone who used to own a cafe myself, and who still visits plenty of cafes throughout the week, I can honestly say Brenna’s service is a standout. She is a real asset to Ripples and one of the main reasons we return week after week.

Enjoyed a great coffee after a long walk from Heidelberg Possum Hollow Playground. Ordered sourdough with butter for light breakfast but waited for so long to arrive because we had a big group of people placing order the same time. They wanted to serve all the food in one go. I'm not sure if that's a good idea. We're only there to have breakfast/brunch. Most of us had skipped breakfast for this meal. Suggest next time ask the customers if they want to serve the food together. Common sense is that most people would like their food to be fresh and warm and not to reheat. Bit noisy inside near the Coffee machine but lovely in the spacious partly covered courtyard out back. Some low gluten/GF selections, cannot comment for coeliacs as I am only intolerant. Also some vegan, dairy free and nut free options, likewise I'm not allergic.
