Don't really know how to put this apart from the worst most sickening Cafe I've visited.
Ordered a kransky roll and a chicken skewer, I watched this dirty excuse of a human pick up my chicken skewer and the kransky for my roll with his hand with a glove on.. at first I thought nothing of it as I assumed that the glove is for food handling only.
Once we get to the register I noticed that the glove had not changed and he requested my payment, I paid in cash and watch him take my money and return my change.. even then I thought ahhhh he will go change his gloves. I watched from a distance and to my surprise found him serving others without changing the gloves.. after witnessing this it made me feel sick to my core and the way he handled the change was not even in a careful manor. He grabbed it and was handling it as it was a stress ball as if he was trying to spread germs. Mind you my change handed to me was all oily as well.
Also the roll was inedible, the bread was like cardboard no matter how much I chewed it wouldn't break down and the chicken skewer had been soaked in a sweet chilli sauce that turned it into a soggy mess.. give this place...

Stopped going as there is an old lady that works there gave a very rude service I know this because ive worked hospitality my entire career, as I entered she had her back turned and shook her head as if she made it clear she wasn't happy that I wanted to order while she was busy doing some cash count/paper works .Then she yells from the counter asking what I wanted which was 2 coffee and a Sandwhich wrap, she angrily told me to wait as she was busy counting money and doing some paper works. But I couldn't since I had to go to work across the road as I mostly work nights shifts. This is the second time I got treated poorly by the same person. Not going back, and also they have a very slow service. No sense of urgency for night shift workers at all. Better go wild...

Moreover, the behavior of the staff was quite disappointing. I encountered rudeness from the moment I entered. They seemed disinterested in assisting customers and were visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the menu. This negative attitude significantly impacted the overall...
