UPDATE AFTER OWNERS REPLY, 22/11/20: The store owner has replied to my comment stating that they had resolved the issue on the night by replacing our missing items and an extra footlong + cookies, this is correct. What this store owner has failed to state is the fact that we had to drive to their store at midnight to speak to their manager once again and to collect our missing items and were offered complimentary items. What the store owner also forgot to mention is that he called me up today, on my personal mobile number, to REMOVE MY REVIEW due to the mere fact that they had resolved our issue, he also did not apologize at all, just demanded that I remove my review. As a paying and once-loyal customer, it is my right to leave an honest review without being hassled by this incompetent store owner hoping that their store name wouldn't be tarnished. This is a breach of consumer privacy and absolutely pathetic coming from someone whose supposedly the owner of this particular franchise. If you can't handle honesty, you're in the wrong field!

ORIGINAL COMMENT: 4 footlongs, 3 six inches, 4 drinks. Ordered through Doordash & was missing 1 footlong and 2 drinks worth over $20. Called up the store and a crew member answered and repeatedly claimed she packed everything in the bag. After 5 minutes, the manager finally came onto the phone and checked surveillance footage, her crew member was in the wrong! Absolutely horrible...

High price of footlong, The guy was so smart who was on counter might be he is the owner they selling steak footlong $13.95 when i said you got high price , he didn’t even listen and start explaining me the price will increase soon this that . The main thing never talk in punjabi if i as customer not talking to you in punjabi if customer comfortable them you can talk . But i said don’t mind bro i went to subway in Cheltenham that shop owner was indian he has same high price . Why ??? I never saw high price in subway owned by white or other origin people . At last i check he charge me $11.95 iam shocked how can he charge me less than actual price on board was $13.95 that means price set by them and they charge as per customer.

Our delivery was missing a footlong and two drinks. When we called to report the missing items, we were met with hostility and they were not willing to accept accountability instead accusing us of being wrong. The employees continued to argue and deny this, until camera footage was checked and they found their employee missed many of the items in our order and they were then “forced” to accept their fault. Terrible customer service and an awful experience of this location!

Days later, the owner of this franchise has found the number we used to call and begged us to remove any bad reviews as they claim that it was resolved and now over with. Unbelievable!
