Rowville Red Rock Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

To start I would give minus 5 stars if I could! The owner is extremely rude and arrogant, not sure how he is staying in business with how awesome the fish and chip store beside them is. I went in asked for a whole chicken, sore the sign saying min $10 eftposs, fair enough I get that but then when I sore he was still charging me for using eftposs and considering the the chicken along was basically $20 (pretty expensive) I then asked why he was still charging me eftposs and well then it started. He got really rude, raised he’s voice saying and pointed at the eftposs, your using eftposs so I’m charging you but I’m spending over $10 I explained, then he started yelling at me, if you would pay cash then I won’t charge you and kept carrying on, so I just left. Maybe if he was nice about explaining why he was still charging me for using eftposs, I probably would of paid it but no way I’ll...

I absolutely love this place (my opinion) it is fantastic every week me and my friends (about 5 of us) go there and get a large chips that we all share it’s great one time me and my friend biked home from school and we got a small chips and I wanted to show my appreciation and I tipped them $5 and when we were done he gave us and extra small chips he’s super nice.

I think it’s a family business they are all nice especially the daughter and son they are always there when I go there and sometimes when there not busy they join in our group and talk with us it’s nice .

But there is definitely not much places to sit one time we went there ppl always ask us pls give us a chair of course we say yes and sometimes it’s annoying like I remember asking someone and his face said everything but all in favour this place is great highly...
