Ordered an HSP mixed platter $29 and turned out to be a con job !!! The whole plate was filled with chips and a very sparing amount of chicken and meat, when confronted they had the audacity to tell that, “we fill the whole plate with chips and meat is just glazed on top. “.. that’s not HSP. The staff instead of addressing the concern goes on to say that, I need to ask how much meat is there in an HSP!!! Have had HSP many times before from other joints and thought of trying these guys and am completely dissatisfied and dissappointed. The guy at the shop seeing the platter asked me whether I had eaten from the same, which shows that even he was surprised at the amount of meat in the HSP and then goes on to cover up the con job. When I told them that since this has happened I would not come back nor refer anyone , he had the audacity to say that we don’t want or care about your business and not bothered about what you say !! Such disrespect and haughtiness is uncalled for from an eatery priding themselves on...

I don't understand how anyone could give this place a bad review. They are clearly a family run business. The staff are always run off their feet and always polite and helpful. You only have to be in there at dinner time to see the sheer volume of food they turn over. I usually go there at least once a week and have only ever had 2 issues. Once my salad wasn't in the bag and they fixed it immediately and were so apologetic. And the other time they accidentally put tomato in my souvlaki. When I told them they made me another one so quickly and gave me some free stuff. The chicken is beautiful. It's not dry. Some people just don't realise Charcoal chicken won't come soggy and sweaty like it does at a supermarket. It's been on a rotating spit. And the taste says it all. But my favourite is the Lamb HSP.
