Sharetea Mernda — Restaurant in Melbourne

I’ve been to many different share tea stores and has no store been compared to this. I ordered a drink and a plushie of the boba toy merchandise, in my menulog order. I called the store and spoke to the female manager who was stubborn and rude. I spent an extra 6.50 then what i was meant to pay and when i told her this she says “we don’t tell those anymore” Not only did i receive my order with a missing item, my whole drink was wrong. I inform her with this and she goes “i told the menulog driver this ages ago.” Like okay? where is my call to let me receive my refund? This is not the first time i’ve ordered from here and something has been missing. Hopeless. Why be a manager of a store if you can’t put customers first, take responsibility of your actions, and...

Drinks are always fine when we order, but something needs to be done about the hygiene in this place. Firstly when you walk in it smells like BO. Not exactly what you want when you're about to consume a beverage. Leave the door open at least or maybe speak to your staff about personal hygiene. Also the 10 minutes I was waiting for my drink someone was coughing their absolute lungs out in the back.. really put me off (again) and lastly having your children at the back whilst you work is fine, most people have been there and done that but at make sure they aren't touching anything. Visited the newly opened pearl tea shop in Mernda today and it was a great experience! The shop is modern and stylishly decorated, making it a great spot to hang out with friends and familes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on the best teas to try. The menu had a variety of different teas to choose from, including bubble teas, traditional teas, yoghurt and even specialty flavors. I tried the tiger mango bubble tea and it was delicious! The tea was brewed perfectly and the flavor was just right. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great spot to grab...
