The Tofu Bahn Mi is delicious, Vietnamese Beef Salad is delightful, and the Pork Bahn Mi is very much a favourite, big fan, would recommend.

I also appreciate the trading hours/business model a lot! They don't seem to overbuy food ingredients which have to get thrown out at the end of the day, they just open up shop, make food with what they have, and if they sell out, they sell out, c'est la vie, whatever, just come back earlier another day and order earlier. Enjoyed catering from Ngoc for a work event recently and it was so special to get to not only be eating Vietnamese food around Lunar New Year with my colleagues but it was the first time many of my Muslim colleagues got to experience Viet food too because it was all halal (very rare for a Viet restaurant). Never seen such a great range of innovative Bahn mi! I had the fried snapper Bahn mi and it blew me away. I’ll be back to try the spam and egg Bahn mi.
