Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

I arrived for a DoorDash pickup and had a very unpleasant experience. As I walked in, the staff member was chatting with a friend and applying a bandage near the food preparation area, which seemed quite unhygienic. I politely mentioned I was there for a DoorDash order, and she responded with visible attitude, rolled her eyes, and curtly said, “Just sit down, it’ll be 5 minutes.”

When I replied, “That’s okay, there’s no need to be rude,” she continued to argue with me — all in front of other customers. It was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

If you’re considering going to this Subway, I strongly recommend driving a few minutes further to the Subway on Camms Road. Their staff are far more pleasant, and the customer service is consistently excellent.

After checking other reviews, I noticed that many customers have had similar negative experiences with the same staff member. Management really needs to address this behavior, as poor customer service like this will only drive...

Food was poorly assembled. Placed order on the app and doesn’t allow pickup time sooner than 20 mins so I went inside after placing it and lined up and when I got to the counter told them I placed online order, told me they can’t make it before the time on the order. Also ignored me when I first started talking to her. Not even busy either waited 5-10 mins with no customer inside before they started making it.

Shocking customer service two hours two Indian lady’s one called ravdeep.

The worst service I have ever seen there was a lady today and she was so rude and the way she talk in English I couldn’t even understand I asked her for something she was shouting saying what do you want ? Which cheese do you want I was like why you’re so rude ! I said I don’t want this and she said to me know your order before coming .. I wanna say if you really don’t wanna work and don’t enjoy your work or serving people please stop working , you may ruin someone’s day… I didn’t expect that and won’t buy any single thing...
