Oporto Cranbourne North Drive Thru — Restaurant in Melbourne

We have 2 Oporto stores in our area, the Cranbourne North location we will never visit again. We did an online order through their app, and from past experience it can take up to 45mins to do our order. Nothing complicated just 2 of the $15 whole chicken and chips. So I swiped the bar to send the order to start cooking that's on the app, we went and did some shopping and went to the store about 40mins later. We arrived, advised of our order name, they checked their computer screens and no order. I showed the girl the confirmation email and SMS, plus the app page to show the time I swiped to start the cooking of our order. She did not believe I swiped, showed her again, she went back to the computers and she scrolled through the order list, and low and behold it was there but they totally missed it. She had not come back to me with an apology and no compensation was offered. She told the guy in charge to get the order done, we had to ask the girl over to know what was happening and how much longer it was going to take, the girl had no idea, she asked the cook/manager, he said about 2mins, which actually took 5mins. So the whole experience was nearly 1hr.

Great food, but a word of warning, if you don't want your order missed, go to the store on Cranbourne...
