Where do I start... I've been to this shop countless times over the last 3-4 years, and each time I visit, I am more disappointed and dissatisfied.
The portion size is decreasing with each visit. Both the kabab and HSP portion sizes are unacceptable.
Charging extra for anything and everything. I was even charged $1 for a few slices of onion on my kabab. How ridiculous!
The place is becoming less clean every time I visit.
Advice to the owner:
As a kabab takeaway, don't aim for fine dining. Keep portion sizes generous; customers will remember your portion size.
If you continue with this stinginess, you'll likely close within 12 months. There are numerous kabab shops around with better reviews and cheaper prices. You are the most expensive shop in the area, and you seem oblivious to it. You should compare your prices and portions with other shops.
Responding to customer reviews with smart comments only makes your business look bad. It shows you don't care about your customers' opinions.

Elaborating for owner Called the establishment enquiring if the chicken contained soy as my son is allergic, spoke to one staff she had asked me to repeat myself, so i did - she just chucked the phone to another male employee and had said nothing to him, so confusion sets in ‘hello?’ he says ‘hi, am i meant to ask you my question? or what’s happening’, eventually says he can’t hear me and hangs up on me. leading to no business.
