Food I'll get too.. customer service experience was terrible. First girl to greet me and begin my order was pleasant. Second girl to come out from the kitchen to assist with my orders had a horrible attitude straight away.
Then when I ask if she could put more sauce on than she had I got the 'now your subs can swim in it' treatment. Once my order was treated with little care and now un eatable she walked back into the kitchen to crawl down on the floor under the kitchen clock where her phone was on charge to continue about her day leaving the first girl to wrap up my order and do the register.

Read moreSo we get online and choose the 'queue jumper' option thinking this meant you jumped the queue - as you would.
So we place an order for 4 x 6 inch subs all online and proceed to the store to pick it up.
Queue Jumper does absolutely nothing, you still join the queue as per normal, and begin making your order when you get to the counter.
The lady making the order is in a state of total disorganisation and proceeds to throw the subways together in an absolute mess!
And to top it all off, ever sub was wrong, and not as per our order.

Read moreNot great. Went tonight, walked in the store and literally waited like 5 minutes. The lady working was just “outside” the shop on her phone.
When she finally came inside she didn’t wash her hands just put gloves on and started making my sub.
I asked for “a little bit of mayonnaise she put heaps on, when I paid and started walking off she stopped me and said she had forgotten to charge me for the drink.
The drink i clearly walked over to the fridge to get right I in front of her.
