Sushi Sushi Fishermans Bend — Restaurant in Melbourne

Unfortunately I have noticed a trend about this store and after multiple poor experiences, including one this morning, I had to make this review.

On multiple occasions I’ve attended this shop on my way to work, typically around 9:00-9:30am and have at each attendance been told that the store was not open yet. Most times, under a hostile interaction and side eyed grumbles, I have been able to order a couple rolls as they are being prepared.

I wouldn’t mind waiting or coming back if the store only opens at 9:30am. However, the website states that the store opens at 9:00am. Though, when I arrived at 9:05 this morning, the sushi was still be prepared and I was told to come back at 9:30am if I wanted anything.

If the staff need time to prepare the food before opening, I would advise changing the opening times online and placing a sign at the counter to say when the store will...
