This was my favourite place for quick takeaway. No more. The new owners have disappointed me with their overall attitude when I ordered a number of items even paying full amounts for burgers without items like eggs and bacon. There we more than a handful of packages in my order and it was going to prove difficult to handle them all so I asked for a bag to put them all into. Rudely the guy working there demanded 20c for the plastic bag. I said this was too much especially seeing as I had already paid more for the burgers without some of the standard items included. He then told me to get out of the shop. I grabbed the loose bags over the counter and left with the owner shouting at me and gesturing wildly to go away. Will never go back to this...

I ordered takeaway and upon returning home, I discovered that part of the order was missing. On my way back to the shop, I called to explain that I did not receive the items. I was told that I would not receive the items they had failed to give me unless I returned the items that were incorrectly included in my order, due to the fact they cost more than the items I had originally ordered. This was an error on their behalf and not mine Returning food that has already been touched, is extremely unhygienic... As a regular of over 13 years, I would have expected to be met with a more reasonable resolution, and better customer service.

Okay, this was awful. I’ll only talk about the food because that’s what I’m most upset about. I actually feel very sick at the moment. After school I ordered a potato cake and chiko roll. The potato cake was fried far too much but that’s the least of my worries. The chiko roll was soggy and the wrapper it came in had CHEWING GUM ON IT! LIKE SERIOUSLY MATE?!? ABSOLUTELY VILE. I don’t have any photos of what I was given because I threw the wrapper on the ground as soon as I noticed the gum. Yes littered but I mean, far out! Just terrible really. I obviously...
