Tico's — Restaurant in Melbourne

We always have our coffee here coz it's cheap & good but unfortunately this morning i was so upset coz they only gave us 1 coffee instead of two & the staff we're blaming us that are holding up the other cars behind us when it's clearly it's them who made a mistake , the staff was rude , unapologetic & trying to argue that it was our mistake. They even said that didn't you notice that "you only pay $11 for coffee & donuts? Not even saying sorry that they did not take the order properly,This puts me off from getting my coffee from now on, not even deserve a one star in my opinion. It's a shame i did not get their names, not very nice esp. when it's 6:30 in the morning & all you wanted was a coffee before you go to work. So very bad customer service...

Asked for peri pei chicken toastie as I have gotten it from there everytime I get the chance and the last two times I have gone through I have been given a different chicken toastie and have asked for it to be fixed and have been told that is the toasite I asked for 🤦‍♀️ I get changing the menu but when you don't let your customers know if the original menu items are staying or going then what is the point of arguing with customers just admit to changing the menu so some of us can stop wasting time buying an item that never is right. But also would be nice to be told that the donut machine isn't working before paying so then i am not paying for something then waiting around only to be told sorry it isn't working today by the same person that...

Always so slow! Had to wait 13mins for a coffee on Monday? A number of times I've been missed due to the servers forgetting to serve you, which leads to longer wait times? Coffee has become really low quality, commonly just get waterly lattes which is extremely disappointing, especially if I'm having to wait so long? There has been an evident shift in terms of quality with this place which is so unfortunate. The level of customer service has also reduced, I used to love this place however, after the poor service and quality of coffee I received on Monday, and being a long term customer my level of patience and care is no longer. Won't be returning moving forward and I recommend that people really begin to rethink what their paying...
