Tosaria Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

We're long time customers of the restaurant and in March 2019 my fiancé and I had our engagement party at Tosaria. It was absolutely perfect. The price for the package was very reasonable and could be spent in pretty much the combination you liked (ie between food and drinks). The bar staff were lovely and the service was perfect. Gary and staff helped us set up and the staff were even happy to let the party kick on a little outside after the restaurant had closed. The function room is already so sweet with the fairy lights strung up on the roof. We had so many compliments on decor and we really hadn't added that much to the room. We can't thank you enough, our night was amazing and our guests complimented us on the service and food. The surrounds of the venue were even perfect for some photographs beforehand. Couldn't speak anymore highly of the venue and the staff, thank you so much for making our night one...

Would have been 4 stars except the waffle dessert was listed as having rum and raisin ice cream, but actually came out as rum, raisin and PEANUT. Of course, I'm allergic, and it ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. I didn't bother complaining, but my wife did and she was met with excuses and indifference. The owner is apparently unaware that children exposed to PEANUTS by accident will likely vomit and be sick for days, or worse, need to be rushed to the hospital.

The mistake is one thing. The careless attitude is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

That said, the steak cooked quite well. Delicious. Sauces and flavours are nice enough but a tiny bit off, at least to my taste buds. ie I usually love chips and theirs are nice and crunchy, yet somehow I couldn't finish them. Something in the batter overpowered my taste buds - very...

We booked a table for Valentine's Day & I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly delicious it was.

Every single thing my family & I ate was an EXPLOSION of flavor in our mouths... right down to the selections on the kids menu & desserts. This is definitely a secret hidden treasure. I'm sooooo glad we found this place!

Not only that but the service alone, was exquisite. The people there were extremely-friendly with beautiful magnificent smiles to welcome you in. And the prices were very affordable.

"Tosaria" is literally THE BEST restaurant I've eaten at in all of Australia. It is so rare to find great quality food with excellent service & an elegant ambiance to boot. You won't be disappointed. I recommend to everyone. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Wow!
