If you think you are getting a real homemade hamburger patty when you order a hamburger !! Be prepared for a processed cancer causing lump of what can only be descibed as a large juiceless bland peice of rubber. They are lazy filthy liars, l made sure to call and question if they were using this horrible processed meat, l was told no we make the patty meat here, it is not processed or supplied by someone else. The 1st couple of times we got hamburgers they had juices running out of them, they were tasty, then we made the mistake of ordering burgers a couple of weeks later, what a fatal mistake that was, processed no juices just something they sell as pretend meat with god knows what inside it, l called to make sure we would not be getting this disgusting rubbish they call meat again. Liars said over the phone no it's juicy we make the patty hamburger meat here, IF YOUR THAT HARD UP FOR MONEY THAT YOU HAVE TO LIE TO CUSTOMER'S.... THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT A BUSINESS. FOUL FOOD WHICH WAS PUT IN THE BIN.. IF I COULD RATE THIS ZERO I WOULD, IF YOU WISH TO BE MADE SICK THEN BY ALL MEANS EAT THIS PRETEND MEAT. THE DOG SNIFFED IT AND WALKED AWAY, SO IF THE DOG WILL NOT TOUCH IT ??? IT'S NOT FIT FOR HUMAN...

I don't know how this shop does any business. I walked in this fish n chip shop and waited 5 mins before walking out! The new owners seriously need to work on their customer service. The 3 people behind the counter did not acknowledge me when I walked in. They were all to busy talking(serving) to their friends at the other end of the counter. When I walked out the friends realised I was not happy & got the food and followed me out the door....

Well after a couple of years without a good old skool FnC shop in Tullamarine Sia and the team have made a lot of us locals happy. Everything is made in house,real batter and fresh produce no prepackaged yuk. Their Burgers are the best and there is no problems if you want to create your own. Do yourself a favour people! Go spend less than $20 and go enjoy their burgers and they do a bloody good grilled fish and salad...
