Victoria's Pizza 'N' Beyond - Craigieburn — Restaurant in Melbourne

Their pizzas are great; the crust is tasty, the toppings cover the whole pizza and it doesn't leave me feeling bloated.

I wish that was all there was to say about Victoria's. Unfortunately I have gone there 3 times and 3 times they have screwed up my order.

I went on opening night where I ordered a pizza without cheese and one with cheese - I say it in this specific order to reduce ambiguity. I received 2 without cheese. They apologised, made me a new one, and gave me the third as an apology to which I was grateful. It's opening night which is hectic and I held no ill will.

I went back 2 weeks later and ordered one without cheese, one with cheese. I asked them to read the order back to me and they had missed the "no cheese". That's ok, I corrected them. When I got my pizzas both had cheese on them. I was given a tiramisu as an apology and they remade my pizza.

Tonight I went back and ordered 2 pizzas: one without cheese, one with anchovies (capricciosa, the item specifies optional anchovies). I picked up my pizzas, the cook confirmed my order was with anchovies when I was asked what I'd ordered. The cheese distribution was right so I took them home - no anchovies. How do I not have anchovies after the gentleman at the pizza station confirmed I ordered...

Tried Victoria Pizza in Craigieburn for the first time and opted for their New York-style base with a half-and-half combo—traditional lamb on one side and gourmet tandoori chicken on the other. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp, holding up well under generous toppings. The lamb side delivered rich, savoury flavours with a satisfying hit of spice, while the tandoori chicken was the standout—tangy, tender, and full of bold Indian-inspired flavour. I happened to be in Craigieburn and as there is no decent pizza in my area I stopped in (after reading some great reviews). Thank you Vanessa and also to the young girl who offered to help carry my food to the car. Finally a place with genuine customer service! I can confirm the pizza and pasta is very tasty. The toppings and serving sizes are generous. They even serve parmesan cheese on the side of their pasta dishes. I'll definitely be back to try some of your...
