Whittlesea Bakehouse meat pies are great, seriously rich meat gravies - the Whittlesea pie is a corker. Their vegetarian and vegan options are really good - my better half reckons they aren't just a boring accommodation. They have take home family sized options too. This place is worth going out of your way for, if, like me, you don't live closeby. Great vanilla slices too and their foccacia rolls are great for garlic bread rolls for the freezer. They care about making good food - so yeah, sensational!

I also had the steak and cheese pie and that was very good and taste great. You must of did the sausage rolls different at the bakery contest and the judges must have different taste buds to me. I am sorry I found the Sausage...
